Eligibility for Returns
We want every pet parent to be happy with their purchase. If something doesn’t feel right, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and free from pet hair or wear. Certain items — such as final sale products or used grooming tools — may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, simply email us at returns@fablepaws.co
with your order number, the reason for return, and a photo if applicable. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to send the item back. We aim to respond quickly so the process is as smooth as possible.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or card provider. We do not refund shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange for a different size, color, or product, we are happy to help whenever possible. Simply mention this in your email and we will guide you through the next steps.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item at no additional cost once we verify the issue. Your satisfaction — and your pet’s happiness — is our top priority.
